I.---------------Version History----------------

	v1.0.0.0 - First Release

II.--------------Information/Notes--------------

>Purpose: To simplify the map creation process without 200 MB of
overhead that a real server creates.

>Packet_db.txt is directly from the eA files,So if they update theirs
	you can replace this file...

>Not all packets are used... only the ones for bareminimum map
	testing...

>Type whatever you want for Login User/Password... its not checked
	and therefore can be anything.

>This is not designed to be a fully functional server, nor is it
designed to be perfect, so yes the 3000 porings on a normal
	server are not there.

>Starting the program activates the server...

>Closing the program deactivates it...

>To Connect with a client... its either "localhost" or "127.0.0.1"

>There are no @/# commands, you can warp to any map or anywhere on
the current map	using the mini-server GUI... or force a
client to reload a map (which all this does is warp you
to prt_in.gat and back to the position you were on the
	previous map)

III.--------------EXE Requirements---------------

vb40032.dll	Its required by most everything VBish...
wsock32.dll	Its included with windows (don't worry here)
